Love the table. It's very well made. The base is very sturdy and the top has grooves to simulate the texture of real wood. The photos look like a light oak but it leans more honey oak. The manufacturer does state that each piece is unique so keep that in mind as well. In my case it works as I have honey tones in my flooring and window treatments. The table is modern, very beautiful and perfect for a smaller dining space or breakfast nook. 4.5 stars

This wasn't my first choice, but it looks great in our space and it's very sturdy! Love that it expands and the leaf folds down. Can't wait to have the family for dinner!

The extension piece is a bit difficult to install for one person and to store within the table, but overall, a nice piece!
