ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND VERY COMFORTABLE. LOVED THEY CAME COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED. EXACTLY LIKE DESCRIBED.

Wayfair advertises that all open box items are inspected and the items are as in "LIKE NEW" condition. I received my chairs and the black painted wood on the chair legs are chipped. They show the wood color and it pops agaisnt the black hideously. Unfortunately their policy is no returns on open box. Suckered me once expecting that their advertisement is truthful. This is how companies lose their clients. Quality Assurance and advertised promises are lacking with Wayfair/Povison. Never again! Open Box Definition by Wayfair- "Open Box items are in "like new" condition and have been inspected by our returns team to ensure they are not defective, damaged, or non-functional".
