Where do I begin, we ordered this in June. It was a surprise for our Anniversary. It did show on time, BUT the entire front was missing from the order. Also one of the drawers was broken, and I was missing some other main parts that mount the cabinets on the backside. I made 11 calls to get things fixed. I was told a replacement would ship within days........... two months later it finally ships. it's now September and we finally have everything BUT GUESS WHAT, the drawer was literally broken again. This time it was the drawer rails that were broken. I think for such a premium price this could be better. I used to install cabinet drawers. The rails are the cheapest of the cheap. So this looks nice, looks great. That said, too expensive for the quality. Oh, and on the first order they sent the matching arch that goes for the back bar, and when I asked if I could order just the bottom to go with it I was told no.
Perhaps the part that upset me the most of the destruction of a well thought out anniversary surprise, I had a room blocked off as I'd been building a speakeasy in our house. This was the final touch, nice to finally have it going a couple month later. This could have gone smoother, taking two months to get us a replacement...... I'm speechless.
