All 6 brackets on the table are broken! The screws are so small and the particle board so damaged there is no way to repair it! It is obvious to anyone that the product is damaged… I have already boxed it up so I can ship it back for a full refund…. I do not want to unpack it again because the box is in rough shape! I was told this would not be a problem when I called on Saturday…. 5 days ago!!

Very disappointing, couldn't really play ping pong at all on this table. After two points and gave up and packed it up to return and immediately sent it back. The board is not level as it holds in half on both sides so you have a crack in the middle line. There are many dead spots on the table where the ball just doesn't bounce and dies. I don't know why they even bother to sell this table top.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the pool table to table tennis conversion board that I received today. Upon unboxing the item, I noticed that the binding is broken, the screws are missing, and the three holes intended for the screws are loose and unable to hold any attachments, which significantly compromises the board's stability and increases the risk of further damage (as the other bindings are starting to become losee). This situation is unacceptable as it renders the board unusable.
