There is nothing we would change about this chair! The quality is outstanding. The material is soft. The chair is extremely comfortable and all the functions are a part of that. Love that you can adjust the backrest and the footrest independently from one another and the heat and massage help so much with the comfort factor. Highly recommend!

My husband loves this chair it’s perfect for people with mobility issues and the massage feature is great and relaxing! Assembly included, attaching the armrest and back rest as well as the power cords. It took about 15 minutes. It’s very comfortable and will be easy to keep clean because of the material.

I have never, ever, ever purchased a recliner without sitting in it first. i have to say being my first purchase without testing it out. I am very impressed. quick and secure shipping and no parts were missing. very easy to put together. The base is in one box. The back is in a box and the two arm pieces are in a box, and they all snap in together. Along with the mechanics, just two wires you put together. it is a massaging tear, but it just vibrates. There are no rollers in it that go up and down your back and of course, it is a lift chair. Very convenient for the elderly. very comfortable soft material, not sticky, like plastic. the color is beautiful and it is an adult size recliner. Highly suggest purchasing

The chair was very easy to assemble, and it only took me about half an hour to put it together. It is extremely comfortable and feels like great quality. Since we are seniors, having a chair that is easy to access and use is such a thoughtful feature. We love the lift function, and the large size makes it even more comfortable. The heat and massage features are wonderful for helping us relax and unwind after a long day. Highly recommend this chair!

I love everything about this chair! It is so comfortable and fits me so well. I am 5'7. I don't think the mechanism to recline the chair is slow like a lot of the other reviewers. I think it's perfect. The material is beautiful. It's a beautiful color. You can tell it is quality. It is extremely well made. The delivery was seamless. They came earlier but they called and told me they were coming. They were polite and they put it down right where I asked them to. It was extremely well packaged. A very tough cardboard box. Each part was wrapped separately. Cushioning and put in a bag. Then that was all wrapped up with plastic that was sealed so it wouldn't move around. Extremely well protected. It took a while to get it out of the packaging and then setup. Wasn't that difficult.
