Présentoir de table en piédestal en acrylique transparent

I rarely leave reviews like this, but this has been unbelievably frustrating. My original order arrived in a box that had opened during shipping. The acrylic base and poles were still inside, but all of the screwshardware required to assemble the pedestal were missing. I contacted Wayfair and requested replacement parts on August 27, with an expected arrival date of September 3. By September 15, they still had not arrived, so I contacted Wayfair again. At that point, Wayfair sent an entirely new replacement unit. Today, the replacement arrived — in essentially the exact same condition. The end of the box was tornopen, and once again, the screws and assembly hardware are missing. I’ve included photos showing exactly how the second package arrived. At this point, this is clearly not a one-time shipping mishap. The product is being packaged in a way that does not adequately contain or protect all of its components during transit. Small hardware should be securely enclosed and attached inside the package, and the carton itself needs to be reinforced so an end cannot simply open during shipping. I have now waited weeks, received two incomplete shipments, and still cannot assemble or use the product I purchased. The pedestal itself may be perfectly nice, but that is irrelevant if the customer cannot actually assemble it. The manufacturer needs to correct the packaging before continuing to ship this product.

Love it. It is the perfect height to display my Christmas nutcracker. Very easy to assemble.
