I chose this table for its mid-century look, and it looks just as good assembled as I’d hoped. It arrived in two well-packed boxes with everything included. There are quite a few parts, so assembly took some time and was a two-person job for my husband and me. The legs are solid wood, while the tabletop appears to have a laminated engineered-wood finish. I think that finish adds to the authentic mid-century feel. What I love most is how it expands in both directions. It works as a smaller table for four, and the photos I attached show it set up for eight, with two chairs fitting comfortably along each side if needed. The expanded shape feels more square and spacious than a traditional rectangular extension table. If you’re looking for that mid-century vibe and the flexibility to seat more guests, I recommend it!
