Fourth time's the charm, right? This bookcase has been a journey, but Wayfair's customer service has been amazing in helping us get it sorted. It's a beautiful piece, just wish the quality and handling were a bit smoother!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Looks good but very deceiving. This thing is very low quality and difficult to put together. Directions aren’t clear in key areas and a lot of trouble when you have to redo. I would have sent it back but it comes in 4 boxes and you have to unpack all to get started. Once I realized the poor quality, it was too much trouble to repack and pay $100 to return. This purchase is a “stupid” tax as I learned the hard way, spending $800 on something that is terrible and will have to replace shortly.

This is a great piece. It takes a while to put together, but it is sturdy overall. Have tons of Pledge, it holds a lot of the foam dust at first.
