This piece is heavy damaged. I know it’s an open box but before I purchased I called Wayfair to make sure the piece isn’t damaged. Wayfair assure me that it’s not damaged but I recd my delivery today and it’s broken from numerous places. I know open box isn’t something we can return but what do I want me to do

Looks just like the photo but incredibly difficult to assemble. It takes 3-4 hours with two people.

This is an amazing hall tree! I love how we can store shoes on the norm and the two sections makes it easy for our two children to keep their items separate and organized!

I have mixed feelings about this hall tree. It is not very high quality but I guess it beats the 2,000 quote for a custom built one. I separately purchase the wall anchors. It’s a must. I have two kids (4 and 2 years old) and they climb on it to hook they jackets. I think without the anchors they would have been a high risk of this thing toppling over. I don’t think it will last more than 34 years. I paid a professional to put it together and you can see how there are several chips and gaps from the install. The wood is not particularly sturdy. I’m not sure I would buy it again. I may just save and get a custom made one with real wood instead of that flimsy man made material.
