Awful! I absolutely hate it. It doesn’t work. We spent 2 days putting it together. The pieces were not cut properly had to cut them ourselves. The holes were not aligned. Screws are visible once complete and that is not how it was pictured. I would return it and never buy this brand again.

This arrived in heavy packaging and a lot of pieces takes minimum of two people to put together with several hours of work probably think of something different next time. It has been 10 days since putting together and it is self destructing every use Drop down is now stuck and can not pull down bed. The best place for this product is in a firepit !!!!!

Absolutely CHEAP!!!!! Did I say how poor of quality it is. The design and visible bolt heads, doors built uneven, poor instructions, cheap screws (heads popped on at least 15-20). With this kind of purchase and investment, this will be my first and last time to purchase from Wayfair. Go to a store pay a bit more and see what you are getting. Pictures looked good, in person I would not have considered putting this in my home. Kind of an embarrassment. I would have offered ZERO or NEGATIVE star rating if available.

1. The quantity of screws and bolts were mis-numbered. Too many of one type and not enough of others. 2. A good number of screws snapped at the head using a normal screwdriver. I had to make a few trips to the hardware store to replace the broken screws and had to be creative to remove the broken screw. 3. A few of the pre-drilled holes did not match and required additional carpentry. 4. The instructions and corresponding video were helpful, but could of used additional narrative for assistance. 5. Once constructed and installed, the bed is solid. The vertical layout adds additional space

Love how this bed turned out! It feels very sturdy and secure, easy to pull the bed down and it goes back up just as easy. The extra storage in the cabinets is a great bonus as our spare room is relatively small. The shelves are also adjustable with three different options for where to put the shelf. We left out the wine rack in favor of an open spot to put our Internet router. It definitely requires a minimum of two to three people to assemble and at least two days. It anchors into the wall so it is very stable.
