Buffet Lynbrook Sullivan

Overall this is a decent piece of furniture with a few disappointing facets. The consult table shipped quickly and arrived promptly. It was very well packaged and arrived in good condition, which is always the ever elusive unicorn you are chasing when you order from a company like Wayfair. The assembly instructions were fairly straightforward. There was really only one section that I could not figure out. I assembled the consult table on my own and it took me about an hour. Well, I love the look of the console table. I was disappointed to find that one of the pieces was scuffed prior to being packaged so it must’ve happened in the factory. Luckily that section is not obvious in looking at the consult table so it was more of a disappointment than a true issue with the appearance. My biggest frustration is with the magnetic doors. They don’t work at all. I suppose I will have to purchase additional magnets to supplement what was provided because the door simply will not stay closed at all. So that was frustrating to have a piece that I like so much but have a basic area of functionality that is inferior. This is in my son‘s room and will hold his video game system along with some other audiovisual equipment so I was a little bit more forgiving on my standards than I would be if it were in a shared common area.

I’m really happy with this cabinet. It ended up being one of the easiest pieces of furniture I’ve ever assembled — everything lined up perfectly, and the whole process was surprisingly quick. I bought it for my mom, and it fits her TV perfectly, which was the main goal. I was a little unsure about the plastic design element at first because I worried it might look cheap, but in person it’s much nicer than I expected. It blends in well and doesn’t bother me nearly as much as I thought it would. Overall, it’s definitely a good purchase. Sturdy, easy to put together, and looks great in the space.
