I think you should discontinue with this manufacturer until they learn how to pack and ship their products. Should not be this hard. I sent this as a gift to my granddaughter and now I have to deal with this mess and drive there to do it

Solid and well made bed. Took quite a while to put it together but came out really nice. The headboard was damaged during shipping but they promptly sent a replacement.

Bed looks great but sadly there were missing parts on the bed now waiting on the missing hardware

It is beautiful and sturdy bed! But as usual was small crack on the headboard plus one barrel didn’t fit and we wasn’t able to fix third middle leg. Overall, great product.
