This was super easy, the whole process was smooth and I was advised of all steps. Quality is really good. Quick and easy delivery. Delivery drivers did amazing job with communication and installation was very smooth.

We love it, very comfortable. The grey is a solid grey like a pencil lead. Fit in our space exactly as planned. The blue lights are very bright we do like them. But they are bright

the cup holders were not installed well and the leather if sticking out. Recliner makes a lot of noise. The electrical part stopped working so the couch won't recline and it has been almost a month and we still do not have a working couch. Do NOT BUY - it is not worth the trouble; Allstate's customer service is horrible. They make you jump through hoops and take forever to fix the problem. We still do not have a working couch, and all we are told is it will be 2 or 3 days, which is really 20 to 30 days.
