Commodes en bois pour la chambre à coucher avec 12 tiroirs, commode large pour téléviseur de 65 pouces, commode, rangement en bois moderne pour le salon, le couloir

Attractive appearance. Quality is good for the price. Takes a bit to put together.

Pretty chest of drawers that was not easy to put together but the end result was nice. I used it for a model home.

This item as a whole was a mess to deal with. High price aside, during assembly the long piece at the front on the bottom was snapped and we were missing a side of one of the 8 smaller drawers. My husband called the company directly assuming that is who to inquire about replacement pieces. They stated I'll be emailed about when they ship the pieces. Instead 3 days later I wake up to an email that they can't find an order with the number provided. I let them know that was the order number and sent a screenshot of the order. He replied a day later saying he still can't find it, and to provide the tracking from UPS or Fedex. I got the number off the box, sent it, a picture of the shipping label, pictures of the broken piece, the circled pictures in the instructions of the broken piece and missing piece, and all of the order in the Wayfair app and he replied a day later saying it appears to be an unauthorized sale of their product on Wayfair's site so they are not able to help. I went to who it's shown to be sold be (Red Barrel Studios) and found a contact Us email on google and emailed them. 5 seconds later I got a notice email that that email doesn't exist. Wayfair then said they will send replacement parts after calling them. They emailed a few days later that they can't get the parts and have to send out a whole new unit. So an entire dresser(2 large heavy boxes) was being sent just to take out 2 of the endless pieces and we will need to dispose of the rest of the dresser. Got it assembled after 2 weeks, and sure, it looks good, and is what I was needing, but it's not satisfying or easily obtained.

If we could give this product 0 stars we would. Our first impression was that the quality felt very thin and poor. Also, it took HOURS to put together. Step 10 on the directions was also incorrect for us so after realizing it a few steps later, we had to go all the way back to redo it.

We placed this in our entrance hall. It is nicely constructed and very handsome. Would recommend.
