The color of this chair is gorgeous and unique, and the ease of assembly was impressive but there are a few issues with the chair that are impossible to overlook. The gas lift was defective, so the chair doesn't raise and lower. I contacted the manufacturer but receiving a replacement part for the broken piece has been slow, difficult, and frustrating. I have not received the part yet, either. Also, while the back of the chair is plush and well cushioned, the seat has very poor cushioning. You can see in the pics that the leather sags and puckers. Since it arrived with those wrinkles and the issues with the gas lift, I think it might have been a previously returned item. If not, the seat was clearly not stretched or filled properly during manufacture. I expected a lot more from such an expensive chair.

Beautiful and oh-so-comfortable office chair. This was a treat to myself -- an upgrade from the basic task chair I'd put up with for years for no good reason. Very happy with the quality and ease of assembly. There were a few washers missing, so I had to raid the workbench in the garage, but that's a fairly minor complaint. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Desk chair of my dreams. I work from home, so I needed a super comfortable chair; but, my office is also on the main floor and very visible so it also needed to be beautiful. Assembly was easy and only took me about 20 minutes, as well!

I can’t say enough about how much I love this office chair! It’s genuine leather and has an executive look and feel. I love the gold legs and brown color because they make the chair look even more upscale. It’s very comfortable, and I sit for hours at my desk with no issues. The assembly was simple and took me less than 10 minutes.
