Solid set of chairs. They’re wider than a lot of patio dining chairs, so they actually feel comfortable to sit in. The slat seat and arms work well, and the black wood-grain HDPE looks good in person. This material should last for years outside with almost no upkeep. Assembly is pretty straightforward. The notched boards don’t drop in super tight at first, but they pull together once you get the screws in. Do yourself a favor and use an impact driver with a hex bit. If you only use the included Allen wrench, you’ll be turning it for a long time. Two random bags of screws that we have no idea what they go to. The one thing that keeps this from 5 stars is the hardware. A lot of the silver screw heads and nuts sit proud on the surface instead of being recessed or color-matched. On black (and really any color) it looks cheaper than the rest of the chair. Functionally they’re fine they just stand out. For the regular Wayfair price, these are about average. On sale, they’re a good buy if you want wide, durable dining chairs and can live with the visible hardware.

Wow, amazing is all I can say about this set of chairs. I replaced my old adirondack chairs with these because my elderly family members were having trouble standing up from sitting position in those, so these new chairs are the perfect solution. They have the beach look I wanted and yet they are versitle enough they match perfect in a table setting. The Durable HDPE hold up to anything! I had purchased from Wayfair before at my ocean front home and years later they look brand new. These chairs have a large seat which is nice for bigger sized people and leaves room to get cute cushions for added comfort. The best thing about these is that they look like painted wood but you never have to paint them and the color does not fade. I always feel like its such a deal to buy chairs as a set. I llovethese chairs so much that I definitely will b telling everyone I know they should get them! The design is so cute it could be used inside a cottage house not just for out door. They took about 1.5 hours to put together and I only heard my husband curse one time. My purchase was in the color blue. They are a tad bit lighter blue than my navy table I set them with and it is only noticeable in certain lighting during the day hours looks perfectly matched with my night lighting. I have recommendedd these chairs to my sisters already. Love them!
