cheap looking, cushions don't remove

Cushions are flat after a few days of light use. Color is lighter brown than images suggest. Very uncomfortable and low quality.

This sofa is beautiful and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the armrests are frustratingly difficult to attach: I had to align the top and bottom tracks by feel. Attaching the back wasn't too problematic, as I could see both tracks while aligning them.

The couch is very comfortable and sturdy. The only reason I took one star away is because the cushions are not as wide/deep as a normal couch. It's also very soft, so if you prefer to lay on a firmer surface if you're watching TV or lounging, this couch is not for you.
