Perfect addition to our newly remodeled home. So comfortable! June Bug approved!

We just received our sectional from wayfair, the couch looks and feels great BUT the reason why we gave it 3 stars is because it was already broken prior to arriving, wood is broken looks like they tried to staple it back together and the springs on the left curved part of same seat are also bent out of shape. Very disappointing especially after spending over 2,000 on this sofa and waiting weeks to get it. UPDATE We received the new section that was broken and upon unloading it the movers noticed that end curved piece was ALSO broken. So here we are a month later and now waiting for the 2nd Attempt to deliver the fixed piece, the customer support has been very helpful and easy to deal with us still this should NOT be happening. We have figured out that how they ship this sectional is causing the cheap wood underneath between the two wedge sofa to crack.

Just received this sectional today and can’t stop smiling! The gray color is perfect and the seats are extremely cozy and comfortable. It appears to be well built and I look forward to many good years of use!

The sectional is nice but do not pay for White-glove service if you need an item hauled away. Leaving an old piece of furniture on the curb is not haul away and the sectional can be put together rather easily. Also, the throw pillows that came with it had strings and filler hanging of them.
