It looks amazing in the beginning. I purchased this aprx 10 months ago. I am attaching a picture. We are not remotely hard on our couches. No pets or little kids. The leather has all started to peel. I had to purchase covers to cover the peeling. Also, one of the recliners, the pull literally just feel off so that spot will no longer recline. Im only posting to save someone else the $ and hassle of having to replace it in a year.

Cheaply made sectional that I thought would have lasted longer, especially for the price. Purchased October 2021 and not even four years later we’ve had to replace the manual reclining pull more than 3x, and multiple parts of the sectional have broken due to the cheap wood the use. This happened within the last three years with extremely light use in an adults living room. Reached out to customer service for a resolution twice. First time I did not receive any response. The second time they informed me “we are unable to help and don’t have a resolution for you.” Very poor customer service especially for a returning customer who has purchase multiple products over the years. Disappointed to say the least. Now I have a couch that I can’t use most of it properly(broken seat cushions, leg rests, manual reclining levers). Wayfair does not stand by their products, spend the money elsewhere.

I really wanted to like this sectional. The overall look is very nice but I havent even had the sectional put up but a little over 6 months and when I sat down on it, one of the wood pieced in the back of one recliner broke. Im not a big woman either. It is the support at the lower lumbar region. When I felt back there I discovered it was just a small piece of cheap wood. Also, the whole back of one of the corner pieces is broke. 1600 dollars isnt cheap to have it break so soon. I will add, I am very easy with all my furniture. I have a little OCD and my dogs arent even allowed on my furniture and barely my kids. This is ridiculously. I will be speaking with customer service and sending them pictures and a video I have taken. Do not buy this piece of junk!!

It is beautiful and comfortable, I love it!!!

Backs break Easily. Emailed and got denied help/refund/replacement both by Wayfair and the company gufurniture.com. No help, now I have a $2,000 broken couch. I have only had the couch for 35 days. If you are reading this, you have been warned. Maybe search for another couch/different company.
