Conformes a mes espoirs

We assembled the couch and have been using it for three days now. It looks great, is comfortable, and seems durable. I saw some reviews talking about how two of the pieces don't line up right where they are meant to connect, and unfortunately we had the same problem. One piece has two brackets on it and the mating piece has what looks like 2 large nail heads that are supposed to slide down into the brackets. After an hour or two trying to get both nail heads to connect in both brackets, we gave up and decided to just leave it connected in only one bracket. It doesn't seem to make much difference when using the couch, but we have to be more careful when trying to move it. I'm also not sure how it will do over time as the couch is broken in, but for now it isn't worth returning the whole couch for. Each side piece is also extremely heavy because of the motors and I got several minor cuts and bruises in the process of setting this thing up. Good luck trying to move it on any kind of carpeted surface.

Overall a solid buy- decent aesthetic and quality for the price.

The connector on corner piece does not does not line up with the right sofa making the sofa stay detached This causes the decorative stitching to not line up which looks odd. We are unable to attached photos (not computer savvy) however, Updike Delivery Service took photos and said they were submitting them. They suggested we have the corner section replaced and/or a discount. If you provide an email address, we can send photos.
