This is a surprisingly good quality couch for the price. I was worried when other stores had similar couches for twice the cost, but based solely on first the first day, this is super solid

the cup holders were not installed well and the leather if sticking out. Recliner makes a lot of noise. The electrical part stopped working so the couch won't recline and it has been almost a month and we still do not have a working couch. Do NOT BUY - it is not worth the trouble; Allstate's customer service is horrible. They make you jump through hoops and take forever to fix the problem. We still do not have a working couch, and all we are told is it will be 2 or 3 days, which is really 20 to 30 days.
