So far, it's exceeded my expectations as a comfortable couch. I am a big guy (i.e. fat guy) and I need a comfortable couch that will not wear out quickly. This one has a 700 lb weight limit for two people, so the foam is extremely firm and comfy. The photo looks like leather, but it is microfiber. It's very nice to touch and I immediately sprayed Scotchguard on it to protect the material from water, etc. The delivery was easy. I opted for the full treatment, so they took it in and assembled it. It took all of maybe 5 minutes. I have had some couches that were lumpy, and worn out. Let's hope this isn't going to end up like one of those. So far, I'm enjoying the deep seats, and recliner. It's easy to use and requires a little effort to push the leg in after you get up, but it's not bad for me. Maybe for an elderly person it might be an issue, so I'd recommend a powered one. This is the first time I've ordered from Wayfair and I went into it extremely skeptical and just assumed I'd have issues. Nope, it was smooth from start to finish and I'm sure I'll buy something else in the future.
