Love the fabric. Easy to clean, especially since I have a dog that sheds a lot. I do keep a cover on the side where he will sit. The arms are pillowy soft, however the seat cushions are pretty hard which surprised me. Price was great. And delivery was fantastic. I'm hoping the seat cushions will soften up a little bit, but they should have put more cushion in the seat area as well. Also the cup holders are small so it can't fit any wide cups in it. It has to be a straight cup that is thin. I've ordered several times from Wayfair and have been mostly satisfied about everything I've received. We'll have to see how this plays out. I've only had it a few days.

PERFECT! Its as described and for the most part comfortable for the price. the delivery team unboxed and assembled it which was GREAT !

The sofa is beautiful and comfortable. For the price it’s a great deal.

Broke 5 weeks after it was delivered. It’s hard to tell by the pictures but if you look close there’s a gap in the back of the left side and the back also no longer sits straight up. All though my husband was using his side nightly we are both small people so what’s up with that. We can’t do nothing about it now because the return policy is only for 30 days. So now we just use one side. Very cheaply made product , not for real life.

Ahhh, this loveseat is extremely comfortable and just as pictured! You wouldn't expect much from the price of it, but it definitely stands it's time. Thank you Wayfair for having semi-affordable house hold goods. The loveseat is superb, comfortable when you lay back in the recliner, I see many comfortable naps and TV/Movie watching ahead.
