This came in 3 boxes delivered by FedEx. Off course we were out when they delivered but they sat it where I could see it from the doorbell camera so I was glad about that. We got the boxes inside and slid them down the stairs. It was super easy to put together with pretty goodeasy to understand directions. We took extra wire ties and wrapped up the wires so they weren’t hanging all over in the back. I like how it has a flap that velcros down across the back to cover all the bottom stuff. We used a power surge protector so we’d be covered for our extended warranty. It’s comfortable and tall enough for me which I am thankful for. I love it!

This loveseat will be very satisfactory, thanks to Wayfairs exceptional customer support. Delivery was great! It arrived quickly and shipped in 3 60 (approx) boxes, so it was very easy to bring in by myself. Assembly was deceptively simple. One bracket, 8 bolts. The armrests zip and velcro in place. The backrests slide onto the frame. Then, its just a matter of connecting the wires. I was surprised to discover that you will need 3 electrical outlets to operate the heat and massage on both sides, so you may wish to have a power strip on hand. Upon unboxing, one of the backrests had two significant tears. One of the zippers that secured the armrest was crimped closed, and there were two small blemishes on the bottom seat portion. These were all on the same side of the recliner. I had purchased the additional coverage policy, but that does not cover manufacturer defects. I contacted Wayfair Customer Support, and they opened a claim with the manufacturer to hold them accountable. I am so thankful for this because the initial resolution that was offered was not satisfactory, but we were able to reach a resolution that should allow me to enjoy this piece for the life of the coverage policy. The seat is quite comfortable and attractive. The fabric has a soft finish, but it does seem that it might not be suited for rigorous wear. Its firm but with plenty of cushion. The backrests are an ideal height for an average person (Im 58) but dont provide additional lumbar support. The seats do not recline as much as anticipated, but it also doesnt require much room for clearance from the wall. Its great for reading and watching television, but I dont think I could nap on it. At 60 in width, this is a terrific option for quality seating in a limited space. The vibration (massage) isnt high intensity, but it is still pleasant and fairly quiet. The heat feature is very nice. It covers a wider area than I expected. In summary, my opinion of this item is favorable. The manufacturer has stepped up with integrity to ensure the seat will meet my expectations and without unnecessary inconvenience. This was my first purchase with Wayfair, and I have found that their customer support is phenomenal. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I like this loveseat. I wanted smaller and this works! I love the lumbar heating and the USB outlets. Easy to put together.

Gorgeous couch update one year later I would not recommend buying this couch. It’s cheaply made and didn’t last very long. The recliner and heat still work, but the ports are out. It comes out of place easily which is annoying and honestly it’s not worth it.

Very comfortable and soft. The pictures in the build instructions could’ve been a little bigger so that you could tell what was going on but we still got it out together. The vibration goes from head to toe and the heat is lovely
