I have no idea what this sofa looks like because they didn't send me the 4 long screws & nuts to out this together! Lucky for me, it's after 8pm on Sunday & there's nowhere to get the parts. I heard Wayfair was horrible about having missing & defective parts- shame on me for thinking they would get this right. UPDATE: Customer service stated it will be OVER A WEEK until I will get the 3 missing screws & the 3 missing nuts!!! 2nd update- should have 32 short screws, they sent me 18. DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM WAYFAIR!!!!!!! ANOTHER UPDATE: I decided to send the couch back. The cushions do not inflate the way they said they would. I have now been on the chat for over an hour just trying to get 3 additional labels for the return.
