We bought the black upholstered chairs and they look great! The seating height is perfectnormal (19”) unlike the trend of super short petite seating heights of 12”-17” (why so short!!!). The “wood” parts seem sturdy and the upholstery is decent (some sewing issues but nothing major). My two significant concerns are that 3 of the 6 backrests had chips in them dime size or bigger on the back side and noticeable. However, it’s too much trouble to repack and return without a guarantee the new chairs won’t have the same chips or worse. My second concern is the bottomunderneath of the chairs seems to have minimal support so not sure how long the spring will last or if it can truly hole up to 300lbs as it claims. That’s important since some family and friends are close to the max weight. Although the price for the chairs is better than the cost of most chairs out there, they are still expensive so the durability is important to us. We’ve had them for two weeks and so far they’re great. Overall, they are pretty great, we are happy with them, and I would purchase again.

Took about 10-15 min each chair to put together. Be sure to follow the directions and you won’t have any issues. I didn’t need my husbands help either other than bringing the boxes in. 2 chairs to a box and all of the tools come with it. So far happy with the looks and comfort.
