This chair is heavy. It is very comfortable. The button to open and close the legs is a little stiff and hard to close the legs when extended but overall nice quality

It looks great, however the one massive flaw that pushed this down to 3 stars is when you release the back to tilt, it automatically pushes out the foot-rest. Those are not on separate adjustments. So I can't just tilt the back alone without the footrest coming out - poorly engineered system and design. There are many times where I want some more comfort for my back and neck but don't need the foot rest. The foot rest is an after thought and maybe used a few times a month, not every day. Other than that - it looks very clean, executive, and feels good. I was hoping to also have deeper padding and softness on the seat and back portions - they are a bit stiffer then I anticipated. If you are going for overall look - its a win.. if you are going for look, comfort and features - it lacks the overall thought process in the engineering. I do not think it is worth the price because of the flaws. I think this is more worth $200, rather than $300.
