They were a little difficult to put together because of the difficulty in aligning the initial bolts. Like the design and the quality is not excellent but good. Don't seem like they'd hold up with a lot of weight.

I already had four of these chairs and wanted to complete my dining area. I caught them when they were on sale and I love the high backs. They are relatively simple to assemble and although they appear gray in the listing photos, they are more of a dark beige color.. I have used scotchguard on the fabric to keep it from staining. The only reason they got four stars instead of five is because I wish the padding on the seat was a little bit thicker. Other than that, they are very modern and Deco looking and match our mid-century motif.

These chairs are great overall but there were some pros and cons. The pros the chairs are stylish and sturdy once assembled. The cons one of the chairs had multiple misaligned holes so we had to make quite a few adjustments to make it work. Overall 3 stars.

At first glance, I was excited about these chairs seeing the quality pieces. Unfortunately, none of the pieces were labeled, instructions definitely could have been more clear and quality control is clearly an issue. You definitely need at least two adults to put these together in order to force several of the bolt holes to line up. Also, several of the screw holes are not pre drilled or reinforced. I have put quite a few chairs together and never felt this frustrated, nor taken so much time trying to get the pieces to line up. I am hoping my set is the only one that suffered poor quality control, as these could be very nice chairs.
