The first product arrived damaged. Initially the company expected us to dispose of it after receiving payment to deliver to our bedroom. Finally the company agreed to pick up and redeliver the replacement. Unfortunately the delivery crew did not get the same message. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for the damaged unit to be picked up. I do not trust the commitments from customer service staff and we are immensely disappointed with Wayfair.

I love this bed, I have plenty of space to roll around and I can sleep comfortably without having to wake my husband up. I am in heaven !!!

Bedroom set is fantastic! Just had to add a step stool since we also combined it with a 14inch mattress.

We had to buy a new bedroom set after we moved. My husband was very specific about what he wanted. He wanted a bookcase bed with storage underneath. We searched high and low and kept coming back to this one. It is so stylish and came with two end tables and a nice chest of drawers (which unfortunately was damaged, but replaced without a problem in about one week). It has turned out to be very comfortable and practical at the same time. I love it!

Perfect storage bed, lots of space to store all the beddings.
