Ensemble de chambre avec grand lit 6 pièces: lit, commode, miroir, 2 tables de chevet, commode

Lit est trop haut avec notre matelas et la qualité est moins bonne que j’espérais. Les commodes et table de chevet sont bien. Nous avons finalement décidé que lors de notre déménagements ce lit sera dans la chambre d’amis.

When I opened up teh boxes 2 pieces were broken and I was not able to assemble my new bed. The delivery people also put a hole in my wall and teh driver of teh truck was not pleasant at all. Not very happy and probably won't order from Wayfair again.

It was POURING out when the driver arrived with our new six piece bedroom set. He waited in the truck for awhile for the rain to let up, and then backed into our driveway so they could use our garage to help keep the boxes from getting drenched. It wasn't their job to open them, but they did as I asked so we could make sure nothing was damaged or would get damaged waiting for the assembly the next day. I REALLY appreciated them so much!!

This is a well made sturdy bedroom set. The storage bed is great for my small space. The drawers are deep enough to store all my beddingblankets. The headboard storage is very convenient for my all the stuff I forget to do before I get into bed , e.g. moisturizer, medication and good book. I don’t have to sleep on the edge of the bed so I could reach my night stand I could move to the center cause all my stuff is overhead. All the pieces came assembled except the bed. The 4 stars is for the white glove delivery service. The delivery service refused to assemble the bed so I had to have someone do it for me who said it was difficult but I can’t verifyI was not around. Wayfair did apologize and gave me a financial incentive for the dissatisfaction.

Beautifully crafted bedroom set.

2 side drawers broken and 1 front draw broken on bed. Also the Chester drawer broken, I’m so disappointed. The delivery never came as scheduled, white glove delivery wasn’t given as promised, they refunded me to get the bed assembled and the drawers came broken . The Chester and the dresser was assembled by their team though . I am truly weary and dissatisfied.

The product is okay but I am dissatisfied with the poor quality of wood products used for such an expensive piece of furniture. Mine arrived with some inconsistencies and some areas of incomplete wood finishing which I had to repair myself. While not related to the product itself, Wayfair will falsely tell you full assembly is included, yet when the product arrives they will call and tell you assembly is not allowed for this product due to “quality control and liability reasons” while you are in the midst of trying to deal with the whole furniture delivery. (Big red flag.) In my unique case, three pieces were left off of my delivery for no apparent reason and a second delivery date had to be established. Wayfair issued a 20% refund for my difficulties, but the false advertising regarding full delivery and the poor coordination at the local warehouse make me hesitant to order anything else from Wayfair. As of this review, I still do not have everything I paid for, and now I have to coordinate wood finish repair separately.

Beautiful set but the platform beds support under the mattress is a bit flimsy, we added additional support.

Got it for my son’s first bedroom set for Xmas! We put it up a couple days ago before Xmas. Santa’s gift to him was a big surprise! He loves it!

The bedroom group we ordered was worth the wait , it’s beautiful extremely comfortable
