Love this set! It is beautiful and comfortable. No one believes I bought it online!

This was a disappointing purchase. Unfortunately, the designation of one level below heirloom didn't turn out to be true. The quality was poor in my opinion. Also, it's not 100% leather as indicated. It's a blend of leather and an artificial material of some kind. Smelled like plastic in my living room. Maybe it was a fluke in my set but this was my experience. Fortunately, Wayfair's customer service kicked in and handled the feedback, return and new purchase with their excellent customer service. Grateful I didn't get stuck with this purchase!

Furniture is made well. Except the cushions are way too firm for residential use. I needed to order softer cushion inserts from my own vendor . Also, 2 week shipping lead time turned into a lead time of over 2 months. No fault of Wayfair. It is the fault of the manufacturer. 3 stars from me.
