everything arrived on time and well packed. all the parts were there with no extra. assembly by myself went very well. I love the table design and now on to the negative. when I was shopping for this I actually had it in my list for quite a while but there were no reviews and there were no specs on the weight of the table I did however reach out by email and asked about the weight and they did tell me that and I also reached out about the height of the chairs, in my mind they just seemed a little short for this type of table and I was not wrong. after I got it all assembled and sat down I decided right away that the chairs were too short. I am 54 and the table came right under my neck so I will have to purchase different chairs, these chairs are 19 and a half inches tall and I believe 22 or 24 even would be better. Im very happy with the table but very disappointed with the height of the chairs. UPDATE CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT DISAPPOINT, I reached out with a problem with the chairs and it was granted a refund at least a partial one which Im happy with and I did order new chairs which I will review here and also in a separate review for the chairs only. the chairs I ordered are in the photo above arrived a day early packed expertly and solid all materials present for assembly the welds all looked good screw holes were pre-drilled and had steel inserts in the wood no damage noted anywhere easy fast assembly with just myself all parts worked as expected and explained in description measurements exact good quality, will hold up rated for commercial or residential. yes these are exactly as described in description. weight capacity 300 lb plus a little bit, which I needed for a couple heavyweight people. these are adjustable from 21 to 39 in and fit perfectly with counter height table 36.5. these chairs get five stars from me. I would have to agree with the other reviewers that the seat could use an inch or to in depth. these chairs are not light but not too heavy theyre just right. as always with anything its a good practice to check the screws for tightness periodically.

The height of the chairs do not match the height of the table at all. I bought this as a matching set. Best Wayfair could is either offer a refund or 10 discount on a new order to get better height chairs. I am 6’ 2” and to put my elbows on the table has my upper arms almost perpendicular. Not a comfortable position if one is eating or using the table.
