It was damaged as seen in the attached photos. I am extremely disappointed. I trusted that Wayfair always ensures good quality products; that's the whole reason I ordered it from here.

I ordered this chair for my office and I thought it would be really great having the vibrationmassage feature. I wasn’t wrong. I love the color of this chair and the stitching and detail in evident. I have yet to use the attached “stool” because I’m always sitting right at my desk. However I have used the massage feature and it’s great. It’s more of a vibration but it still is nice when you’re having one of those days. The chair rolls nicely. I don’t have any complaints.

This chair was simple to assemble. The instructions were plenty clear. I like the material and I like the overall style pretty well. I dont like how the foot rest is designed all that much but it has limited adjustment options. I think the massage feature leaves a lot to be desired. It could have multiple settings instead of just on or off, and I dont feel vibration in the back part - only in the neck part.

We haven’t assembled the chair yet but unpackaged parts to make sure we had all the pieces. The brown is a very pretty color and feels like a comfortable material. It was well packaged and delivered quickly. I’ll update the review once the chair is assembled.

This chair was fairly straight forward to assemble. It seems to be well made, and it is comfortable. I really love how it reclines and has a footrest. The massage is more of a vibration. The two downsides is the packaging it had something pressing against the footrest and it caused a decent size flaw indentation on the footrest we can’t get out. Also the massager is a chord you need to plug into the usb outlet in the wall, so not the most practical. They only give you a chord, not the charger adapter that goes into the wall. That’s a trend companies have been on these days we aren’t a big fan of. But overall it’s a nice chair, it’s comfortable and has a great recline and footrest. Helps if you have back issues and need a break to put your feet up to take stress off the low back.
