Not at all fluffy like the photo. Because of this it is not comfortable. We haven’t used the massageheat part yet.

I wish it had more lumbar support. It is not as comfortable as my leather gaming chair I used for my office before, but the color, fabric and bonus heating and vibration makes up for it. I just tossed a lumbar pillow in the chair for the added support. It looks beautiful and matches the rest of my style perfectly.

I thought the fabric was cheap looking and felt even cheaper. The massage motor wasn't that strong and was pretty loud. I sent it back.
