FURNITURE ARRIVED INFESTED WITH BEETLES! ... and Wayfair hasn't helped at all. I purchased (4) wooden chairs from Wayfair. Upon arrival, each of them showed spots of frass - fine wood powder - in various locations. Initially I thought it was a by-product of assembly or shipping, and wiped it off without thinking much of it. A couple of days later, I noticed fresh spots of frass appearing where it had previously been wiped off. After seeing this recur several times, I realized what it might be. So I bagged them up and stuck them in the garage. I took pictures and shared them with Wayfair. They asked that I have an exterminator come out, and document the infestation. How convenient! But I did. On my dime, I had an licensed exterminator come out, inspect the house, and the furniture. He told me that the chairs were likely infested with Powderpost Beetles. He documented this and I shared this documentation with Wayfair. However they were dissatisfied with it and refused any sort of return, refund, or support. So the chairs are still bagged up. But now I've covered them in borate powder in hopes of wiping out the infestation. Even though they're going to the trash, I'd hate to spread the problem if anyone chose to pick them up. Needless to say I'll never buy anything again from Wayfair. They are not interested in helping their customer, and I can only imagine that this incident is not isolated to me. There is a reason their stuff is cheap. You pay for what you get. Go elsewhere.

Everything about this chair was just what we needed. Fit into our master bedroom perfectly. Also the piece is beautifully crafted with wood and linen seat. Everyone loves it.

Least comfortable chair I ever sat in. Horrible experience attempting to return. And who knew this was Wayfair— with which I would never have done business? Terrible all around

Pretty but too small and not comfortable.

Good quality. Not really high end furniture but it is solid and very comfortable
