These recliners are amazing. The heat and massage are fantastic. The material is very comfortable and the air is great. Highly recommend

First the good points (very little). The chair was relatively easy to assemble, in spite of the poor instructions. I like that the padding for the back is accessible. I was able to add some additional memory foam to provide more cushion. Now the bad. The recliner doesnt have a normal lever or handle. It relies on a rather dubious pull cord next to the seat cushion. Sure enough, 9 months in the cable snapped off the rip cord style handle. They used a very thin diameter metal cable similar to a bicycle brake cable. My guess is it was damaged in manufacturing when they attached it to the handle. So, now I have to try to figure out if I can repair it. I had a stroke 3 years ago, and really dont want this kind of frustration. Overall I regret the purchase.

My sister and daughter both love them! EDIT: We have now had these nearly 2 years and mechanism to raise the footrest has broken on both. Very disappointed! Would not buy again!

Not entirely husband proof. He has bent the arms on it and they were a little bent from the git go.
