Great looking reacliner that was easy to assemble. Material isnt super soft or hard. Time will tell, but it appears as though it will hold up well with pets. I wouldve given 5 stars, but the first one that was delivered had a big tear in it. Others mentioned similar issues. Customer service was very helpful, and I had another one within a week.
