Couldn't wait for it to arrive. Delivery was sort if iffy, delivery person left this heavy box at the bottom of a four step deck and did not knock out notify me of the delivery. I'm a senior. Otherwise the product alone is wonderful and easy to assemble. I must say that I ordered the Red color and found it not so red compared to your photo, it is more one shade under red. Comfort is good, mechanics is easy and good. I am satisfied and very happy. Thank you Wayfair.

The item had a defect. I asked for a refund or replacement and it was denied. Disappointment is an understatement since we have been a Waifare customer for years.
