I haven't had the chair a month yet and the massage part no longer works

Love this recliner. Had hip surgery and this was the one to help me getting up

I bought this chair for my 83 year old mother who has back issues. It was the best Christmas gift she received. She especially loves the heat option. It is a beautiful chair at a great price. These is a sound when the massage option is on, but it is not too loud and does not bother her or others. What you see is what you get. Love Love Love

Bought this for my aunt who struggles with getting up and down and she loves it! Great quality and works great!

The seat is too shallow. Im 58, and I feel as though my lower thighs are unsupported until I raise the legs. The cushioning is hard and unforgiving. My sacrum is in pain after about 45 minutes of sitting. The massage and heat work as it should. It was not difficult to put everything together. Returning it is just not worth the time or effort. I will be selling it and buying another.
