Fauteuil inclinable électrique en cuir véritable avec massage et chaleur, capacité de poids de 350 lb, double moteur

Not happy at all! I should have purchased locally so it would have been MUCH easier to return. The foot rest came up about 2-3" shorter than any either of my 2 other Lazy-Boys. The 'feature' controls are a JOKE - they make more noise than actually do their jobs. The leather is far below the quality I have on my Lazy Boy (no leather odor present, probably a little higher grade 'Leatherette'). I should have purchased locally, so I could try it out first, but I actually Trusted the Wayfair brand as I have a few of their products in my home that I really like. This one; NOT AT ALL!! Too much of a hassle to take apart, box up and then pay for the return. The biggest drawback to you is "I NO LONGER TRUST YOUR PRODUCTS!

This process could not be anymore easier. Great service and communication. Love the experience. This purchase was for my grandma mother for her 102 birthday on Valentines on 2/14/2026. Great service and she loves her chair.
