I love the chair although the seat depth could be another three inches for the comfort. Also, it does not lay flat but does recline enough to be comfortable to read or watch tv.

I waited for this chair for a year because it was the only one that met the specs I needed. At least that was what I thought based on description and measurement . Truth is I hate this chair. It is clunky and e extremely uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a plush comfortable cat napped chair but it is rigid and confining. The materials are some sort of fake chamois like stuff. Ugly . I wish I could have sent it back but after waiting for a year I was desparate. I wouldn't recommend

Chair is very comfortable. I love the extended recline. The two things it does not have that I do miss is a cup holder and usb ports.

5-month waiting time for delivery. The recliner looks amazing and then I plugged it in, The massager is not working on the first 2 levels and if it is I can't feel it and the third one makes more noise than massage the heat also working on a high level. the recliner makes a cracking noise when it goes up and down. Thanks to Wayfair Customer service my problem was solved.

Head rest adjust which was a nice surprise. Overall comfortable. Wish it had the option of different material. This material was like a cloth suede.
