After much searching, we are thrilled with this lift recliner. Purchased for my mom (92) but it’s been a hit with all ages. She loves it. Easy assembly. Good price. Not bulky. Very happy with this purchase.

Great chair for my elderly mom. Helps her to stand (when she needs it) but she mostly uses it to recline and elevate her legs while watching tv. Nice side pockets for the remote and her books!

Doesn't lift high enough for me to stand up out of chair

Very, very happy with this recliner. Made me nervous ordering without seeing the color or sitting in the chair. It seems to be made well and very comfortable and solid. Love the cream color, as well. It’s everything I wanted in a recliner/lift chair.

First, I clicked on 2 stars and 3 stars are showing. The furniture, price, and assembly are vgreat. The delivery process, was one from hell. The first two employees with whom I spoke had no idea what they were doing and caused all of the delivery problems with Fedex. All other employees, who desperately tried to solve the communication problem with Fedex, were not empowered to help. So they could not fix the problem. However they had wonderful customer service skills of empathy, and did what they could and SHOULD NOT be held accountable for my awful rating. I will be sending letters to C-Suite members with a detailed complaint.
