Purchased in 2024 and chair has not lasted. I hear clicking when it's raising up or down and it isn't coming up at a level when first purchased. This is not a good chair to spend your money on

Its was a great chair. Nice soft and really comfortable.

Haven't had time to do more than sit in it, at this time. The service tech just finished putting them together, about 2 hours ago. They are comfy and roomy for me, and even for my 6'5" husband. I love the hidden cup holders. When closed, the recliners look like regular furniture, but when open, it's perfect for movie watching, with a drink and popcorn. OK...Now I have had the chairs for 2 weeks. Comfortable for my wife, but a bit too short for me, at 6'5", I have quite a "hangover" with the foot rest. One of the chairs needs to be tightened, somehow, with the two front pieces (with the cup holders). They won't stay closed, when the chair goes into lift mode, the doors pop open. OK, I have had the chairs for several years now, and they still look good. My husband's chair seems to list to one side a bit, but probably the way he sits in it. We had trouble from day one, with the hidden cup holder parts. and every time he moved his chair into a sitting up position, they would "flop" open, they would not stay closed. I contacted Wayfair, I thouight there was some type of adjustment to tighten them, and I think the "tech" that came and assembled them, could have fixed the problem. But They would not have the "tech" come back, without me paying for the assembly fee again. I didnt thionk that was fair. Anyway, they ended up taking $10 off my bill, to make up for that. (Still not fair, but so be it). Note: The "tech" we paid the assembly fee for, had never assembled the recliners before, and spent a long time having to read the instructions, first.
