My mom, Joan, recently moved to a retirement home. She uses a lift chair at home and since it is maybe a short term stay as red a chair in the home. This was my first time using Wayfair and I was concerned with the person who ordered, me. The person paying, mom. And the address of the home getting messed up. It was flawless and the chair very nice. I will use them again with no doubt.

Good looking, convenient and comfortable but didn’t last. Guaranteed for one year it broke after 15 months. The power component broke once within the guarantee period and but we were able to fix it. Now it’s 15 months later and the mechanism is gone again, this time beyond our ability to repair it and too late to ask for a replacement. Even though the chair was very cheap I’m disappointed it didn’t last longer. My advice is pay a few dollars more for a product that will last.
