Love it very comfortable easily put together

We purchased this recliner for my mother in law who is elderly and struggles to be comfortable and must be able to elevate her legs. She was very comfortable and it worked very well, however, she only used it about 6 times before it broke. Although it broke outside of the 30 days, we have had it in our home less than 6 mos. This chair was over 500 dollars and I thought should be made much better. We confirmed the weight limit prior to purchasing and had considered many other options before choosing this one. I would love to speak with someone from Wayfair but currently they have no options beyond waiting on hold for a minimum of 60 minutes. The pictures show clearly there was a defect in the manual mechanism.

This navy recliner is manageable in size, quite comfortable and good looking. The faux leather has a relatively dull finish and a very subtle texture, keeping it from looking like it’s plastic. The reclining mechanism works well, however the chair must be moved out from the wall to permit reclining.
