Fauteuil inclinable standard pivotant de 38 po Union Point

Im sorry I ordered from this Wildon Home co, the ring on the bottom which makes the chair swivel is bent, which makes the whole chair lean to the right. It fell apart within 2 weeks of purchase, I have been living with it until Red Barrel comes down on their price, a chair I bought and it lasted 5 years.

Specs, looked good, reviews good. However, I found the leather to be poorly fitted in the seat area, it developed a large V shaped crease in the seat after a few days, not comfortable. Also, one of the brackets that hold the back on, will not lock in place

Not at all the seat height and depth listed, taller and deeper seat and very uncomfortable, cuts off circulation. The seat is very hard and the recliner handle is plastic. The "italian leather" looks and feels more like vinyl. Do not buy this recliner, it is nothing like the ad and uncomfortable in every way. An expensive mistake!

The delivery was excellent the chairs are well made comfortable and nice. The packing caused damage to the arm of the chair stretched the material and caused indentation to the padding underneath which is disappointing. This is the second Kaycee chair I ordered from Wayfair the first one had the same fault but not as bad but the indentation has not come out. Thus the reason for 3 stars I think this is a permanent fault just because of packing.
