Absolutely love these chairs! They were delivered on time and assembled in minutes (no tools, just snap together). Very comfortable!

Arrived yesterday, well packaged and protected despite the frigid temperatures in the NE!! I must admit it took me longer to unpack than to assemble! Beautiful soft leather, swivel is a breeze and so far the reclining mechanism is working perfectly!! Very happy with this purchase!

We purchased 2 of these chairs, and love how they look, feel and operate. Leather is soft and warm, and doesn’t have the cold/plastic feel of the fake leather. Packaging and assembly were great. Weight capacity and sturdiness were main factors for us, and I think that could be a bit better. Not that they feel super unsturdy, but I would’ve liked them to feel more solid given the weight capacity they are rated. Also, there is a gap between the wing pieces and the armrest on one of the chairs that looks odd. Should be more flush so it doesn’t “look assembled”. Footrest is normal difficulty to me to put down-my young kids can’t do it, but they can’t put down a regular recliner either. Wouldn’t want it to be any easier, honestly, but I can see why other reviews mention it. Overall, I’d buy the chairs again. I bought them at “half price” on cyber Monday, but would never have paid the over $1000 they were asking. I think they’re worth the about $500 each we paid.

Product was exactly as described. Very comfortable when sitting, rocking or reclining. Color was as pictured online. Well packaged and materials are of good quality. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I would definitely purchase again.
