Just what I needed. Good value

The description says it is a power recliner even though the pictures show it is not. I emailed Wayfair before I ordered and John Paul A - Wayfair Customer Sales Agent assured me that it is indeed a power recliner despite what the pictures show. With that assurance I ordered it. I had problems with FedEx delivery but that’s a whole other story. When I finally get the recliner it a freaking manual recliner just like the pictures show. I reach out again and say what has happened. Vinay C - Wayfair Customer Service Agent then told me I could get a replacement and also said I really should use the app to manage my order. Okay fine I’ll use the app. Well the app says they replace it… In 3 months. So I go on a live chat in which they say the best they can do is just refund me because they can’t be sure they won’t just send me the same thing. So whole lot of hassle for nothing and no recliner. Ridiculous…

Not a “power recliner”. It is manual with a hand pulling mechanism. It does not have USB ports, not a “single motor”. It does not even have an ac/dc cord !

This is a great chair. My husband who is 6'2 fits nicely and it is so comfortable, very easy to put together. it came in two boxes, fast delivery! Very happy with the purchase.

Great chair! Leather is soft and seats are very plush and comfortable. Assembly took less than an hour.
