Well made. Slightly smaller than the stools that We purchased several years ago but the seat is comfortable and the durability is quite good.

I got the black ones. One of the main reasons was the goldish nailheads. Everything I saw was silver. These are warm gold, so, not bright!! I am using one in my closet for a place to sit and toss things on. The other, I am using it as a vanity seat. I like the curve of the seat. It makes it much more comfortable than a flat top. It is sturdy and made with quality wood. The top is a soft, smooth leather, not bumpy or rough. These would make great counter stools in a kitchen. High end looking and go well with any shade of gold faucets, etc. Great value for the price and took me 1 hr to put together. Packed well with no damage and delivered on time.
