so comfortable! i didn't realize it was a Simmons until it arrived. :)

I am actually not that impressed. The futon is difficult to open and close. There have been two occasions where it wouldn't allow me to open or close it without a huge grinding noise so I left it and later on that day I was able to close it. I have opened it quite a few other times without the noise but I had not anticipated how heavy the back would be to open and close and having to jog around it to flatten it as it won't just lay flat on its own. I have back problems so I am quite upset about this purchase. Returning it will be more trouble than I want though and it was difficult to put together, much less take apart, package up, take to the post office, return it, and rebuilt something else to replace it. I'll never purchase furniture online again.
